Heart Math + heart/mind coherence

Exploring how we can become more lucid in our waking lives leads us to exploring how we can live in greater presence. HeartMath have studied how the brain and heart work in harmony when we are balanced and they call this 'coherance'. When we are stressed or out of alignment the Brian and heart are less coherent.


To become more coherent breathing can be a great technique - see the breathing exercise blog post for more or simply take a breath, place a hand on your heart and breath into this space. Most of us are stuck up in our heads, so intentionally sending our awareness down into the heart can greatly improve coherence.
